1. What is Simón Trasteros?
It is a storage room service where you can store your things and
goods safely, easily and economically. So you can optimize
the space of your home or your business. We have storage rooms available
from 2m2 to 8m2 to adapt to the needs of your home or your
company with the security of knowing that they are monitored with
state-of-the-art video cameras and alarms 24 hours a day.
The advantage is that you can access our facilities in the
whenever you want, day or night, 365 days a year.
You will access the facilities with a personal and unique code for the
keyboard that controls the main door. At the door of your
storage room you will have, at no additional cost, a state-of-the-art Bluetooth
padlock, which does not need a key since
it opens individually through an app that you control from your
telephone. In this way, you save the cost of having to buy
a padlock that you will probably never use again. In any
case, if you prefer to use your own padlock, you can do so without any
problems.
2. How much space do I need?
Use our space calculator to know, in a simple way,
how much space you need and thus not pay more.
3. Parking and forklifts so you don't waste time
We have parking always available for our customers in
the entrance of our facilities. We also put at your disposal
wheelbarrows to carry your belongings.
4. How to hire a storage room
Hire a storage room through our website, as when you hire
an online series platform or when you buy a plane ticket.
We will only need your ID and your credit card. You can also
do it through our WhatsApp account with your bank account number. In
the event that you are a company, its CIF will be required
as well as the data of the authorized person.
When hiring a storage room, you have to pay the current month and a
deposit of a monthly payment without VAT. It will be returned to you when the
contract ends. The monthly payments will be transferred to your bank
account between the 1st and 5th of each month.
5. The minimum rental time
The minimum rental period is one month, but if you need to rent a
storage room for a shorter period,
contact us by WhatsApp or by email and we will give you a
solution. Remember that the longer the rental is, the more economic.
6. What can I store in my storage room
There are limitations to what can be stored. It is illegal to introduce in
storage room hazardous materials, explosives, flammable or
pyrotechnics, such as any type of paint or fuel, substances
illegal, food, plants, animals (alive or dead), liquids
improperly packed, money or valuables, weapons and
illegally obtained illicit objects.
7. I can cancel my contract in advance
Yes, as long as you notify us 15 days in advance by email.
To terminate the contract, you must leave the
storage room empty and the electronic padlock closed on your door. That way
we can return the full deposit.
8. Insurance policy coverage
With the rental of the storage room you have included a coverage of a
insurance policy of 500 euros per m2.
